Everyone is different that's why we don't just place you into the session blindly without understanding who you are, how your body is and what your goals are. Many places just give you a free session with the goal of selling a package to you.  We don't do that. we evaluate your body from a mechanical viewpoint.  It is the most important part of our training. We get to see how your body functions.  If we put on a leg press you can move the weight but it does tell us that one leg is stronger then the other, or that one hip is weaker etc...
